I mean I feel Dwight is a good fit, since they already got plenty of high quality offensive production, they don't need Dwight to produce there. He's still a pretty good defender, the only worry would be about his health. I feel Joakim is a better fit still, since he's a much better passer, but honestly they can't go wrong with either, and I want to see both of those players get a ring.

Season 6 finale was good spectacle on its own but laid a lot of the groundwork for the absolute shit show that was Seasons 7 and 8. In a lot of ways its a perfect microcosm of the short-sighted way that D&D ran the show once they ran out of source material to crib from.

At the time, we were like "oh holy shit stakes have been raised, what are they gonna do with this!?" like it was Red Wedding 2.0, but then they never did anything with it and ignored what should have come from it.
